Ironside Fish and Oyster put on the their first oyster shucking competition on National Oyster Day. JCUV was honored to have Chef George Morris choose us as his beneficiary. There was stiff competition among some of San Diego’s favorite chefs. Hanis Cavin, Amy Dibiase, Matt Gordon and Chad White. And a good time was had by all. We even had a cheer for George.
